SteelSeries affiliated with James Bond… ish

The brand new James Bond flick, “Quantom of Solace”, premiered in Denmark last week and our Scandinavian distributor took the opportunity to invite its clients, including SteelSeries, to a few drinks, some food and a look at the new movie.

Greeted at the entrance with Bollinger champagne, somewhere between 100-200 people dressed up in quite sharp suits, showed up for the event and slid around the venue prior to the movie premiere.

For eye-candy purposes, along with a few other clients, we got the possibility of setting up SteelSeries products for show in the hours leading up to the premiere. Ex-SK Gaming WoW player Kamy came along to demonstrate some serious WoW grinding, and we actually ended up having quite a slick SteelSeries area.

Close to the complete portfolio was showcased, including all the new WoW-related products.

By-passers had the possibility of trying out the WoW MMO Gaming Mouse driver, test the new WotLK gaming surfaces and even consider dropping the pixy hat for Christmas this year, in favor of a red Siberia Full-size Headset.

I’m not really going to drop a verdict on the actual movie but the important thing to underline, is that the event itself was great and a perfect way to meet partners and customers under more relaxed circumstances than usual.
